XannaX is managed by a leadership team combining more than 100 years of experience in IT and Services Delivery.

Robbie

Robbie Cameron, Managing Director

Robbie has been with XannaX since "the early days" (for over 14 years) and provides a leadership role within the XannaX management team. He enjoys both the business and technical challenges of working within the IT industry and while not working in an operational role sometimes gets to put his "technical hat" on as part of business development projects being undertaken. Prior to joining XannaX Robbie has worked within the Government, Manufacturing, Business, Education and Charity sectors (including systems accounting, accounting, programming and lecturer). Robbie has degrees in Computer Science and Accountancy, is a Chartered Accountant (NZICA) and member of the NZ Institute of Directors.

Dennis

Dennis Nisbet, Independent Director

Dennis is a Director on the XannaX board, participating in planning, development and direction of the business. Dennis’s background is with leading Information Technology companies where he spent forty years acquiring and applying business improvement expertise. Dennis worked initially in local computer service bureaus which lead to sales and management roles in the UK, Europe and USA with multi national computer companies. Today Dennis is based in Wellington and helps business owners to meet their challenges and realise their goals. Dennis is an accredited Business Mentor. He supports a charitable business improvement program that provides mentoring & coaching services to the SME sector.

Nick

Nick Jolliffe, Service Delivery Manager

Nick's role at XannaX is to ensure that the service delivered by our technical teams meets the high standards our major customers have come to expect. As Service Delivery Manager Nick’s focus is upon understanding what the core customer business requirements are and ensuring that our team understand the service and technical deliverables expected from them. A key to this role is strong business and technical understanding, to which Nick brings over 25 years experience in IT. Prior to undertaking a role with XannaX he has held senior corporate management positions (sales, service, consulting and marketing to GM level) in both telecommunications and IT.

Mike

Mike Spencer, Customer Support Manager

Mike is responsible for providing support services to XannaX’s predominately Wellington based business customers. Key to this is developing key relationships with our Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) customers ensuring a high level of service is delivered. Mike’s background is in operational support and process management gained from over 15 years working in the IT industry. In prior roles Mike has worked for a number of large enterprise companies including Gen-i (previously Computerland NZ), Reuters UK and Shell NZ. Having hailed from Wellington Mike is big fan of the café and restaurant scene. In his spare time Mike is an avid sports enthusiast/participant and can be found most weekends on the golf course working hard on returning to a single figure handicap.
