Xannax have been providing Buchanan Gray, Lawyers, with IT support since our firm’s inception in 2007. In 2000 we were looking to replace the firm who provided our IT support. Andrew Sloper was recommended to us by the then CE of the Computer Society and after meeting with Andrew and one of the Xannax Directors we made the decision to engage Xannax as our IT Support providers. They appealed to us because they are a small company and understand small business, yet big enough because they have more than one person who can fix your problem. Andrew is our key contact, assisted by one or two others from their team.
Xannax have completed 3 full IT upgrades for us since 2000 and supported us as we moved to new premises – all without a hitch. Xannax had recently worked on consolidating 2 IT systems from the merging of two consultancies, and so we decided to retain them as our IT support partner for our new company.
