- All our support offerings include a Customer Support Manager. This is someone to:
- report back on work completed
- plan and discuss your upcoming requirements
- discuss any issues you have
- 2) flexible support contracts
- Contracts that can be tailored to the changing needs of your business
- 3) fixed monthly fee
- We can provide support designed to keep your systems running and provide recovery services in the event of a failure for a fixed monthly fee.
- 4) BAU support
- We provide Business As Usual (BAU) support. This includes ensuring that security updates and anti-virus updates are applied for example. This work is preventative in nature and is designed to reduce the chance of issues occurring and/or catch issues before they become a problem.
- 5) Monitoring, response, break-fix
- We monitor the health of core services and can respond to alerts and/or requests from users in a timely manner (either remotely or on-site) to resolve any issues that occur.
- 6) user helpdesk
- We provide helpdesk support users, their devices and standard office applications.
- 7) after hours support
- We can provide up to 24 x 7 support for customers on an appropriate support contract
- 8) remote office support
- We have extensive experience in supporting remote offices within New Zealand and globally.
Within NZ we can provide on-site support, as required to many centres via our business partners.
